Instruments

Instruments have always played a special role in the life of Fritz Wunderlich as they could provide additional security for the artist, in case he would not be able to build a career as a singer. With this mind, he played the horn at the Freiburg Music Academy. During his years of studiy, he earned his  money as a guest  musician with the legendary dance band of Kusel „The Hatter“ ("Hutmacher"), playing the accordeon and trumpet. All these three instruments  are exhibited at the museum. Additionally, it also shows the original piano of the Wunderlich family.
